At Soil Regeneration Australia and Bactivate, we’re committed to getting your soil regeneration products to you quickly and safely. This policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery times, and what you can expect when ordering from us
Shipping Zones
We ship Australia-wide to all states and territories: - Victoria (VIC) - New South Wales (NSW) - Queensland (QLD) - South Australia (SA) - Western Australia (WA) - Tasmania (TAS) - Northern Territory (NT) - Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
Note: We currently do not ship internationally.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 (up to 10kg) Australia-wide.
Standard Shipping
$10 flat rate for all orders under $100.
Bulk & Commercial Orders
For orders over 10kg or commercial quantities: - Larger orders (10kg–25kg): $15–$50 depending on weight and destination - Bulk/commercial orders: $50–$2,000 depending on size and location - Custom quotes: Available for pallet quantities and recurring commercial contracts
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Processing Times
• Standard orders: Processed within 1–3 business days
• Bulk/commercial orders: Processed within 3–5 business days
• Custom orders: Processing time confirmed at time of order
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
• Metro areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days
• Remote areas: 7–14 business days
Please note these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, weather conditions, and peak periods (such as Christmas).
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive: - Email confirmation with tracking number - Courier details and estimated delivery date - Ability to track your parcel online through the courier’s website
If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Delivery Requirements
• Signature: May be required for high-value or bulk orders
• Safe drop: Standard orders can be left in a safe place if no one is home
• Authority to leave: You can provide delivery instructions at checkout
• PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
Product Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition: - Liquids are sealed and protected against leaks - Powders and granules are packaged in durable, moisture-resistant materials - Fragile items include extra protective packaging - All packages are clearly labelled with handling instructions
Damaged or Lost Parcels
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged: 1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product 2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@soilregenerationaustralia.com.au 3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
Lost Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe: 1. Check the tracking information for updates 2. Contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier 3. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or provide a full refund
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to update your address: - Contact us immediately if your order hasn’t been dispatched - Once dispatched, we may not be able to redirect your parcel - Return-to-sender parcels will be reshipped once received, and additional shipping fees may apply
Commercial & Bulk Orders
For commercial clients ordering: - 25kg bags or larger: Custom freight quotes provided - Pallet quantities (1000kg granules, 1000L liquids): Freight arranged based on location - Recurring contracts: Preferred shipping rates available - Multiple delivery locations: Supported for landscaping and council clients

Returns & Refunds

In brief: - Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days - Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty - Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned items
